ever wondered why photographers crouch, sit, kneel or lie on the ground just to take a shot? ever thought why all photographers go crazy just to find a good angle?
from our point of view, we always see things above the waist because,well, our eyes are on our face. and that is how wee see things for the rest of our lives.
so imagine taking a picture at eye-level, which is our eyes' point of view. isn't that kind of boring? even if you find a good spot to shoot, it will look dull if you're taking it at eye-level.
here's an example of a really nice subject but from a really boring angle:
diagram a(i):
wow! an Audi R8 V10. that's something you don't see everyday.
shame it's taken from a really boring and poor angle.
diagram a(ii):
now that is a cool angle. it really brings the car to life. i kneeled
for this angle.
now, just because the angle from the eye-level is boring, it does not mean anything above the eye level is boring as well. aerial view is very cool. here's an example:
diagram b(i)
this is a very nice angle. taken from the 3rd floor. i think. i had to extend my arm a little bit.
being a photographer, you have to be passionate about your shots. if you do it so-so, your picture will also look so-so. a good picture tells a story.
going behind the lens, you see the world from a new perspective. that is my reason for doing this :)
follow me and keep this tutorial alive. cheers!

I have to agree with you on this. Taking from a boring angle is what puts my thoughts on how that person takes a photo and then tells everyone he is a God in photography.
Here's what I did though.
